Introduction to DigiWorld's Policy

 

At DigiWorld, we specialize in providing instant-access digital products and services, such as software, e-books, online courses, and digital downloads. Once our digital products are purchased and access is granted, they cannot be returned.

1. No Refunds Policy

 

Given the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and consumed, and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

  • Instant Access: Once payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway (including Cashfree Payments), the product files or access credentials are made available to you immediately. At this point, the service is deemed fully rendered.

  • Irrevocable Sale: You agree that once you receive access to the digital product, the purchase is non-revocable and non-refundable.

  • No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products based on reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Dissatisfaction with the product.

    • Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchase.

    • Computer or software incompatibility (e.g., your device cannot run the software or open the file).

    • Change of mind or finding the product elsewhere.


 

2. No Returns Policy

 

As our products are not physical goods, there is no possibility for a return.

  • Intangible Goods: Digital products cannot be shipped back, and their use cannot be revoked once the download or access process has begun.

  • Finality of Purchase: Your purchase constitutes your acceptance of the finality of the transaction.


 

3. Exclusions (Mandatory Legal & Technical Issues)

 

The only exceptions to this No Refund Policy are in the event of a technical issue arising directly from our fault:

  • Duplicate Charge: If you are mistakenly charged for the same product more than once, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge(s).

  • Total Failure to Deliver: If, due to a verifiable technical error on our part, we are unable to provide the promised digital product or access credentials (e.g., a completely broken download link that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time), a refund will be considered.

4. Chargeback Policy

 

We urge our customers to contact us first with any issue before disputing a charge.

  • Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a digital product purchased under this policy is considered a breach of these terms.

  • We reserve the right to immediately and permanently revoke your access to all purchased products and services from DigiWorld without further notice if a chargeback is successfully initiated.
